Here it is… the start of PFA. I’ve rebooted this blog a few times over the years but this time is different. I’m incredibly motivated. I’m sure it tooootally has nothing to do with my reunion coming up… lol
I’m one of those people that is pretty much all or nothing. When I embrace change I really have to dive straight in. The first thing I did was decide on a mealplan that I felt I could follow. I settled on the 1&1 Mealplan from Darebee. I immediately dropped sodas and snacks and have been paying way more attention to my calories.
A few weeks ago I started walking almost nightly. I also kicked off a workout routine with the 30 Days of HIIT Advanced, also by Darebee. (I should probably note, I’m not sponsored by them or being paid to talk about them… they just happen to be free and their selected workout lists are awesome!)
So this is Day 1. My starting weight is 265. I’m targeting 3lbs for this week. It’s not a huge goal but it’s very attainable. Honestly, I really believe I can get below 260…but I’m just going to go for it as best I can.
I’m not taking any supplements, although I am using a pre-workout drink… MET-Rx PUMPED, grape is my favorite!
